Are you using a DVB-T antenna?: antenna Supply 5 V: ON
when you browse through the channels, do you get the yellow and blue bricks for level and quality? if not there is something wrong with your reception?
Do you have DVB-T or DVB-T2 reception in your area? If DVB-T2: not working on Technomate = DVB-T

DVB-T or DVB-T2 = broadcast norm. (weblinks click on those)
UK recently switched from dvb-t to dvb-t2, hardware on TM is not DVB-T2, so has nothing to do with fw.
If you have channels where you want to do a terrestrial scan it should be ok. On the Technomate you can't add terrestrial channels, this can only be done with a channel editor.

looking at the technomate back:
cable from aerial to top left connector
cable from loop out bottom left connector to TV
Check the channel your using on the TV and see if you have the same channel frequency on technomate?
It should show up immediately with yellow & blue blocks.
Always has worked here whatever FW on technomate.

what is odd is when you connect aerial to top connector left and go from the bottom connector to TV you don't get terrestrial TV on your TV with its own tuner?
did you check the used frequency and if its is available on the TM?
are you using 8 Mhz step?
when you connect cable from aerial to the 2nd cable to TV do you get a signal then?
Terrestrial channels: 21 to 69 (freq: 4740 to 8580 Mhz) did you walk throug all of these?

seems like if you save your channel list then check with a editor to see if transponders are there you will then know if its the problem
alternativly try a new channel list pm me if you want mine to try its upto date
for 6900 super.................

hi how are you connecting tv to 6900
1. by scart cable
2.hdmi lead
you connect aerial to top left from rear
.. .. .. aerial bottom left to tv
you must also have 1. or 2. connected to tv
and use avi mode on tv remote to change from .. tv.. 6900.. dvd player etc.
still think you have not got transponders in your channel list for 6900
so it will not scan....... even without aerial connected it will scan if transponders are presant
bit will not find anything obviously....
where did you get channel list from ?? it maybe for 6800 and not have transponder in it as are not required.....

5v supply
recommend you dont use the 5v on as it may burn out your box if you dont have correct amp on your aerial (my box started smoking from vent)
