    MRUA currently use uCLibc, that's the problem.
    Is the problem the rua/.../libprivate.a ?

    The MIPS-Android-Sigma private project contains public code, SMP86xx Android™ source code, precompiled MRUA, DCC-HD, and DirectFB code, and sample applications. Developers can rebuild an Android™ image for our platform and test it, but they do not have access to our proprietary MRUA, DCC-HD, and DirectFB APIs. Thus, Android™ audio/video playback using MRUA is not supported; only MRUA audio/video playback alongside of (but independent of) Android™. Please contact your local sales representative for access.

    Sigma Designs' Git Site

    To incorporate full MRUA, DCC-HD, and DirectFB support into an Android-based design, we use our own Git server for distributing our proprietary MRUA, DCC-HD, and DirectFB APIs. Please contact your local sales representative for access.

    Question?

    Hi All!

    I just found something ...
    "Bin gerade wohl auf den Source Code der AZBOX gestoßen, reicht das um ein GLJ Projekt damit zu beginnen?
    http://www.comsatweb.nl/upload/
    "

    But the last link is dead - may be this is the long arm of OpenSat ?

    Hi,

    this place contained some azbox related stuff some weeks ago. Now unavailable. There was nothing special, just a collection of already known sources.

    There's a public git repo at git://public.mipsandroid.com.

    I've tried registering, let's see what happens.

    Icon7 ...just dust on the road...

    Hi guys!

    I saw your efforts to bring new life in the (az)box with nice hardware but with a ... let say "not so stable " firmware ... And I just decide to support you with some files that I collect in the past two weeks .. I really wish you luck ! Of course - your luck means good stuff for everybody

    Cheers!

    Does anyone know if there's a list of dependencies that Enigma2 has? I know I can start reading the recipes from git but I'd like to have it in a easily digested version, if possible.

    So again, I hit the wall, need to think the next steps regarding E2.

    @jolopez
    Cant run dfb on my new kernel with libc, because like I said, cant compile all MRUA library files to use libc.
    The new popcornhour device runs on a kernel compiled with libc, and use new SDK. However this is a different chip.

    Does e2 runs good on qbox with directfb?

    @sattommy Yes and No (they have some problems with Emu stuff...)

    @zfeet Mips android are for New Boxes

    @satcamd Are you Tuga? Hihihih

    @The_Ripper

    Did you now any NOT-dreambox set top box working 100% E2 or E1 code?
    I don't, way?
    On E1 you have drives problems and on E2 you have the same problem.

    More on E2 they put a SIM inside because of Chinese clones then I'm sure you will not see any box working E2 at 100%, only, and I repeat only, if DM wanna "help".

    If someone says: What about Vu+?
    I just say this: Is Vu+ helped by DM coders?

    hiihhi

    Yeap this is funny world.. Sat....

    Anyway think about this:

    SDL ****><<<< GFX.

    PHP Code:

    China making some clones that already have SIMs mate

    hi this is my first reply here i used Google translate to translate into English and I apologize if there are errors in writing.

    I would you that we do not send private messages, because I will not answer them

    I have nothing to do with all these people who have been preaching the enigma 2 on Azbox Receiver, and you know what they are and I have never communicated with them

    I do not want you I hold in suspense, i posted a video where you can more closely to see what it is.

    enigma boot 2 is performed via NFS (approx. ~ 90 sec.) NFS is of course a lot slower than the booting from flash or dom ( ssd )

    Below my Azbox, you can see dvb-c USB receiver which is plugged on the front panel of Azbox.

    I will try to inform you about the progress....
