Firstly, if you see... I have long been sceptical about the benefits of recycling for several reasons. Firstly, if you see the line of cars waiting at our recycling centre belching fumes after a return journey of probably several miles, just to dump a few items, that makes you wonder if ONE dustcart wouldnt be more environmentally friendly. Secondly we have been given various boxes to put differing items into. Problem is the paper bins havent any lids so another dustcart (belching fumes) has to come round to pick up the litter. Thirdly my recycling man tells me discreetly glass is chucked in the landfill anyway as it costs so much to handle otherwise. Fourthly I read on the net that the best way to recycle aluminium is to put it back where it came from i.e. the earth (landfill). WE could make more landfill sites by creating more artificial ski slopes and keep the nation fitter!
In the old days a cart with a couple of guys came round once a week and my council tax was £11 a year. If we stop using landfill what will "Timeteam" do in a thousand years time?
"Quote" If recycling made economic sense, somebody would be BUYING your rubbish off you.!
I think I will stick with the bin liner for now.

I like my speedway, and watch it on Sundays, from Poland, on TVP Sports (Hotbird) and record the matches. I also watch and record the Swedish speedway on Canal+ Sports 1(S) from Thor, on a Tuesday evening.

The Canal+ recordings play just fine on the AZBox Media Player, however the TVP recordings stall the system completely, needing the box to be switched off and on again.

Transfering the TS files to my PC on my network, the Canal+ recordings play OK in Windows Media Player, whereas the TVP recordings have no audio at all.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem is with the way that the TVP matches are being recorded, and if there is any way to rescue the current recordings so that I can store them to DVD please?

I have nothing against chipping a box so it can do all the wonderful things the coders can make it do. But what is the point in cheating in an online game it's not like you'll win a prize at the end. This is one of the reasons I almost stopped playing CS online, although being able to vote off and ban players was a bonus you know who you are wall hacking cheats(pointlessness).

Practice and become more skilled and you wont have to cheat. If you have to cheat maybe gaming isn't for you considering buying a colouring in book and a pack of safety cryons. Remember to stay inside the lines.

I was wondering, before I go too far and bust it completely, how and where I should be greasing the arm?

Having split it into two parts I started to unscrew the worm drive, do I......

1. Unscrew the worm fully out and pump grease down through the nut into the inner tube part?
(Is there anything likely to be attached to the worm inside the inner part eg. nut, bearing etc. I stopped unwinding to seek advice before I heard the sound of 'bits' falling off inside the tube)

or

2. Just slap some grease on the worm and work in and out a few times?

Also, the two thrust ball bearings a little grease, oil, WD40 or leave dry once they have been cleaned.

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated guys.

His wife Dwina and grown up sons Robin-John and Spencer remain at his bedside, and he is regularly visited by his showbiz friends.

Singer and close friend Jim Dooley told the Daily Telegraph newspaper: "He can't speak at the moment because he has a tracheotomy, and he has to communicate by blinking his eyes.
"Dwina has said that because he spent so long in a coma there are a lot of things he will have to learn to do again if he comes through it.
"He will have to re-learn how to walk. It's 50/50 whether he comes through this but Dwina is a wonderful woman and is giving him all the love you can give."

Robin, 62, has contracted pneumonia, but came out of a coma after 12 days last month, astounding doctors with his recovery.
Chemotherapy for his condition is on hold while he regains strength.
